The Global Produce & Floral Show draws attendees from more than 80 countries. If you are travelling to Orlando from Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia or the Pacific to exhibit, the hardest part of this show is not the selling. It is everything that happens before you walk onto the floor.
We are a Florida stand builder. We build your stand here, so you do not ship one here.
International exhibitors usually arrive at one of two bad options.
Sea freight timelines that must be booked months out. Customs clearance and carnet paperwork. Port delays you cannot control. A stand that arrives damaged, or arrives late, or sits in a bonded warehouse while your show opens. And at the end of it, the same journey in reverse.
Hire a builder in your own country who "handles" the US. They subcontract to someone in America you have never spoken to, add a margin, and become a translation layer between you and the people holding the tools. When something goes wrong on install day, you are eight time zones away from the person who can fix it.
You work directly with the company that builds the stand, and the stand never crosses a border.
Send us your brand guidelines, your existing stand photography, or a design from your agency at home. We adapt it to American booth dimensions — feet, not metres — and to Orange County Convention Center rules.
Structure, graphics, counters, storage, lighting. All produced locally.
US convention centres have specific rules on structure height, hanging signs, rigging, fire ratings and engineering sign-off. These differ from European and Asian standards in ways that surprise people. We deal with the paperwork.
Your team lands, walks in, and the stand is standing.
If you are exhibiting in the US again, your stand stays in our Orlando warehouse rather than making another ocean crossing.
American shows sell space in feet. Rough conversions so you can picture it:
| US size | Approximate metric | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 20ft x 20ft | ~6m x 6m | Island stand, open on four sides. Our recommended minimum for a serious presence. |
| 20ft x 30ft | ~6m x 9m | Room for product display plus a private meeting area. |
| 30ft x 30ft | ~9m x 9m | Category leader footprint. |
| 40ft x 40ft | ~12m x 12m | Full programme with multiple zones. |
| 10ft x 20ft | ~3m x 6m | Inline stand. Workable if you are testing the market. |
Island stands — open on all four sides — are what we recommend for exhibitors travelling this far. If you are crossing an ocean for a two-day expo floor, an inline stand against a back wall is not the return you came for.
This is where international exhibitors get caught out, so we will be direct about it.
At US shows, the venue appoints a general service contractor. That contractor, not your stand builder, controls and charges for:
We do not provide material handling or electrical, and we do not bill for them. You order them from the general contractor. Anyone telling you they will handle your drayage as part of a stand package is either mistaken or not being straight with you.
Why this matters to you specifically: drayage is charged by weight. A stand shipped from overseas, or trucked in from another American state, weighs the same on that dock as one built ten miles away — but it has already cost you freight, customs, and time to get there. Building locally removes that entire cost layer before the weighing even starts.

Two floor days. Plan your travel so your team is on the ground and rested before Thursday morning, and understand that Friday's dismantle is a compressed, crowded window. We handle the dismantle so your team can go to the airport instead of a loading dock.
Send us your stand number from the IFPA floor plan, your space dimensions, and your brand materials. We will come back with a design and a plan for getting you onto that floor without a shipping container.
No. We design and fabricate your stand in Florida, so nothing crosses a border. No sea freight, no customs clearance, no carnet, no risk of your stand being held in transit.
Yes. We work from your existing design and adapt it to US booth dimensions and Orange County Convention Center regulations. We will tell you up front if anything will not pass venue approval.
Drayage — material handling — is the show contractor's charge for moving freight from the dock to your stand, billed by weight. It is not ours and we do not bill it. You order it from the general service contractor. Building locally reduces the freight burden that feeds into it.
An island stand of 20ft x 20ft (about 6m x 6m) or larger. If you are travelling internationally for a two-day expo floor, four open sides and a hanging sign are worth considerably more than the square footage difference suggests.
Yes. We store it in our Orlando warehouse and rebuild it for your next American show, which avoids repeat shipping entirely.
US shows sell in feet. We work in both and will give you your stand dimensions in metric as well so there is no confusion about what you are getting.
