Orange County Convention Center

The Orange County Convention Center has West and North/South complexes joined by a covered walkway. The West Building/Concourse is connected by covered walkways to Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza; the North/South Building/Concourse is connected to the Hilton Orlando.

Because hall assignment and event rules vary, begin with the current exhibitor manual. It governs the applicable height, line-of-sight, rigging, electrical and move-in procedures for the actual event.

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee has convention and resort space under its glass atrium. It can suit association conferences, franchise events and corporate meetings, but structural allowances differ from the OCCC and should be confirmed against the event manual.

Rosen Shingle Creek and International Drive hotels

Rosen Shingle Creek hosts meetings and mid-size conventions near the OCCC. Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza also host event functions on International Drive, so booth logistics should be planned around each hotel’s dock access and convention-services requirements.

Disney, Bonnet Creek and resort venues

Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and nearby resorts can be appropriate for conferences and hosted programs. They are not walkable OCCC hotels; allow for vehicle travel and show-close traffic when scheduling a team.

The Orange County Convention Center is the region’s principal large-scale convention venue, with approximately 2.1 million square feet of exhibit space across its complexes.

Are all Orlando trade show hotels walkable to the OCCC?

No. Walkability depends on the hotel and whether the event is in the West or North/South complex. Use the hotel guide for connected and nearby options.

Do venue rules change by event?

Yes. The organizer’s current exhibitor manual is the source for your selected hall’s move-in, height, rigging, electrical and contractor requirements.
