A booth plan for the West Concourse should be coordinated independently from any outdoor Demo Day activation, product trial, hitting bay or transportation plan.

Confirm the booth location, move-in target, floor plan, electrical and any rigging needs in the current PGA Show exhibitor materials. The connected West Building hotels are Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza.
If you are coming from outside the United States, a locally managed booth structure can reduce structural freight. Product samples and temporary-import compliance remain separate responsibilities.

Lock the booth space and creative direction before the year-end holiday period. Final artwork, venue documentation and delivery details should be approved against the organizer’s actual dates and deadlines.
