IAAPA Expo brings attractions-industry exhibitors and buyers to Orlando. The 2026 show floor is scheduled for November 17–20, with education sessions November 16–19. Start with your exact hall and booth assignment because North, South and West Building logistics may differ.

A locally coordinated exhibit plan can align the selected footprint, equipment clearances, graphics, structural drawings and assigned move-in window without relying on a long-distance structural shipment.

10x10 and 10x20 inline booths suit technology, services and focused product demonstrations. 20x20 and 20x30 islands allow for meetings, product demos and hospitality. Larger islands require a more detailed review of the show rules, equipment loads and structural approvals.

For ride, game or equipment displays, begin with exact product weights, dimensions, operating needs and safety requirements so the floor plan can be evaluated before production.

Electrical, internet, rigging and material handling follow the current exhibitor portal and show manual. Hanging signs are subject to the event’s rigging and approval process. Documentation and contractor requirements must be confirmed for your specific IAAPA Expo space.

Teams booking travel should select accommodations by hall location. The Hilton Orlando connects to North/South, while Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza connect to West.

Provide the booth number, size and brand assets as early as possible. Then approve the design direction, final artwork and any event documentation before the organizer’s deadlines. The more custom the scope, the earlier the planning needs to begin.

For overseas exhibitors, a local stand structure can remove the need to ship the exhibit itself. Product samples and any import requirements remain a separate planning item.
